We offer Free local pickup at our "Pickup & Grab N' Go" location at Evolv Fitness in Tustin, CA (Monday, anytime during gym business hours) or Sunday at Loaded Protein Hub, Hawaiian Gardens.

Once your order is placed by Thursday 7:00PM PST, we will send you a delivery confirmation email. You will then receive a text Sunday morning with your expected delivery time window.

All delivery orders go out every Sunday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM PST.

You can order as many items as you wish every week, however, you must order a minimum of 5 meals for Delivery to Orange County, Los Angeles and Inland Empire.

We only use high quality ingredients from local vendors, with hormone and antibiotic free meat, wild caught fish, and organic-pesticide free vegetables. 

All our food is made in a kitchen that processes nuts, seafood, shellfish, eggs and dairy. If you have a food allergy please include in the "Order Notes" section at checkout or email us info@meals4impact.com

There are no commitments, however, you have the option to sign up for our subscription program. You will then receive meals each week (or biweekly) unless you otherwise pause or cancel your subscription.

Once you subscribe, simply log into your customer portal and manage your weekly order before your order renews for the week.

Don’t worry, we'll send you an email each week to remind you to swap your meals.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accept any returns.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. Please email info@meals4impact.com with any concerns you may have in regards to your order. In the case of misplaced, damaged, or incorrect orders, we may offer refunds or credit at our discretion. 

Meals 4 Impact reserves the right to require documentation and photographic evidence on any concerns.

Yes, we designed Meals 4 Impact Subscription to be as easy to use as possible and to put your meal plan on autopilot. So, your subscription will be placed on an auto-renew so that you'll receive your weekly meals every week on the delivery day and time you selected. You can always skip a week whenever, or pause or cancel it if needed.

Remove the lid and place the meal tray directly in the microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Remove and let sit for 1 minute. If you would like to heat in the oven, transfer the contents of your meal into an oven safe tray or dish. Heat at 275 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes. Please add additional heating time to meals if needed.

No cleanup necessary.

We understand that times get tough.

You can log into your account and pause for a week and resume when you are ready and manage through your portal.

On all subscriptions and Product Orders, Meals 4 Impact requires a three (3) day advance notice for any modifications, subscription adjustments and cancellation prior to your auto renewal date. If you wish to modify or cancel your subscription or order, simply log into your account and change, skip or pause your order. Your meals can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 7 days upon delivery. Meals can be placed in the freezer to maintain freshness for longer periods of time. Because we use no preservatives, we recommend storing your meals directly in the freezer upon arrival to maintain the shelf life and quality.

Our meals are meant to be refrigerated upon delivery, however we understand that things happen and you can not always consume your meals right away. If you need to freeze your meals, you can certainly do so for up to 60 days.

We are headquartered in California. All of our meals are prepared and currently delivered fresh in Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire. We are actively looking to expand in the near future!
